Chevy, GMC earn lowest marks for '05 pickups Silverados, Sierras get 3 stars for passenger-side frontal crash tests The Associated Press Updated: 12:05 a.m. ET April 6, 2005 WASHINGTON - The Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra had the lowest ratings in crash tests for 2005 pickup trucks, the government said Wednesday. In rollover tests, the Ford Ranger and the Mazda B-Series fared worst among a list of pickups with four-wheel drive.
