Coolant temps?

    What would be the highest short burst temps that are safe to run. I sometimes hit 210* on long grades pulling my camper with boat behind it. I have the BD GT and have it set to detune at 210*.

    I haven't hit a temp like that since i had the 195 t-stat in. I put a 180 in and haven't even gotten above 200. even on long steep hills loaded heavy

    coolant temp

    I ran up to 230 deg., w/my 2001 climbing Monarch pass in Colorado loaded, weighing 28,000lbs.And didn't hurt anything
