I have a 2001 duramax 3500 chevy dully. Before i left nevada for texas i had my coolant flush. Big mistake what i have now is coolant disappearing where is it going do not know.I drove all the way from nv to tx with low coolant light on. I notice i had a little lost of power. I have it at a dealer now they said they would leave it under pressure for 2 days.It was weekend. What he said might be happending is the seal on one of my injectors sleeves would that be my problem approximately how much would that cost he said it probally a small leak has any one had that problem
coolant rotflsome tire place in Nevada made a lot of problems for me cost me $426.00 they flushed my system and left two hoses loose they were just lose enought to leak out a certain preasure. Even had dealer fouled. They look at the injectors and glow plugs not a leak their so they put the system under 25lb of pressure and what do you know the leak appears. I could have blown my duramax engine one mechanic on the way said long as it not getting hot drive it another mistake.i was lucky the man in Nevada i told him what happened he said send himm the bills we will see if he pays up for their mistake.
