Over the summer i popped the intercooler on my 05 five dually so I figured it was the perfect excuse to put in A bd intercooler:stir: . So my friend is a scheid performance dealer and we order up an intercooler, everyone was out of stock but those boys tracked me one down ASAP. So it comes in the mail and i'm like an 8 year old on christmas. I start installing it and run into a serious problem it's to long it hits the top of my hiniker plow frame so now im like WTF i call up the boys at scheid( waytogo their service and tech is the best bar nonewaytogo ) and we start doing some measuring and research and find out not one aftermarket high volume intercooler will fit with the way my truck is set up.By the way scheid took it with no restock fee they ate the fee from the distributor and they ate the red label shipping like i said best guys i've ever dealt with, anyway i had to order a mopar replacement which was all aluminum this instead of the plastic tanks. Has anyone else had a problem fitting an intercooler with a plow frame. the only manufactures measurements we couldn't get was from banksthey would'nt give that info even after i explained my problemmad: SURELY THE NASTIOUS BUNCH OF F@#$S I'VE EVER HAD THE PLEASURE OF DEALING WITH ).
