I just sold my 1996 Dodge ram dually. I am going to buy a newer truck. I pull a 46 foot gooseneck trailer. Any suggestions on which would be better a Ford F250/F350 or a Dodge 2500/3500?

    personal opinions vary...
ford has nice fit and finish, but i wouldnt get anything other than a 7.3L...
so you wouldnt be getting much newer than what you had.

dodge hs a great engine, and if brand new, a very possible nice auto transmission, and a 6 speed manual that is par with the other two with the "new" dual mass fly wheel.

im partial to my cummins, even though i hate the crap that is wraped around it... but have had no major issues with the cummins or the dodge. i will be sticking with dodge, but going older.

I'd go Dodge. I love my Cummins engine AND my DODGE truck that is wrapped around it.
