I bought a 95/95 FASS system from Diesel Nut back in May and got it installed in June. The other day i was walking to my truck leaving work and theres a big wet spot right under the FASS. I looked under the truck and the whole drivers side from the back of the cab to the bumper is covered in diesel. And the FASS is soaked in diesel.

What the heck is goin on? Has this happened before?

Well, where is it coming from when the pump is running?

Not sure. Theres diesel all over the pump, and under the bed/frame. I have a feeling its comin from one of the fittings, but not possitive. Im gonna spray it down at work tomorrow and take a look from the oil pit.

Spray it down, with a good degreaser, make sure the unit is dry, and see if you can locate the leak. IF its not a loose fitting, and is a warranty item, I am sure you are still in the warranty, and we'll get you taken care of. Let me know what you find.

If it's leaking good enugh to soak the back half of the truck with fairly fresh fuel than you should be able to find a drip of some sort.

This is off the wall, but if you have access to a super dusty road or field, get some dust flying under that truck. You'll then be able to clearly find the shiney spot with fresh dust free fuel. Works everytime with equipment in the field for me.
