I ordered 2 of these. It worked great in the 99 but I didn't like it in my 02 F350. I would say that they work best in the 99 to 01 because of the factory guage layout. It comes black, I painted mine. New they're $71.24 plus shipping. I'll take $65 shipped. I cut the bottom two. It only comes with the top 2. It turned out really sweet, it just won't work with my 02.
