Help......99 7.3l...I have fuel getting into my cooling system. I sucked out about 2 cups from the radiator resevoir. Anybody seen this problem before. I'm guessing it might be getting by the injector seals.

    Any info is greatly appreciated.

Sounds like a bad injector cup, or cup seal. Either way you still need to pull the injectors to repair.

any oil in it? 90 of the time its oil, or oil/fuel mix. its hard to get stright fuel into the cooling system. unless the injector cup pinholes.
front ones can be R+R in chassis, but back ones on nthe passanger side requre head to come off.

No oil....just fuel. Do you know how the cups are removed? Is there a special tool? How about re-seating the new ones?

a big tap(special tool) screws into the cups, then they are slidehammered out.
to install lots of locktight sealer, and a dummy injector are used to seat them in the bores.
unless you canpin point it to one, and it is indeed the injector cups leaking, the heads will need to come off the truck, and at that point send them to a machine shop to get redone.
have had it happen on a pair of 99's in the last couple months. one was oil/fuel, another was a misfire that had holed a pair of side by side cups.
