Hey guy's I'm looking at buying a 2000 to 2003 4x4 Excursion with the 7.3 and was trying get a good idea of the fuel mileage this rig might get with a 100k on the clock. It's also gonna be lifted 4"-6" with 35's

That's what I've been hearing for HWY mileage from a few guy's with the same setup. Not to shabby for a 7000lb rig.

Yeah. But you could also get the 7.3L. My business partners is a 03 with a 7.3L. And when I looked it up on ALL-DATA it had both engines listed for 03.

    Add about 1000lbs to that!

I've got an F350 that averages 13-15 in the city. I don't know what it gets on the hiway because I'm usually towing my 5er.

Does anyone else have fuel mileage on their Excursions? How much are they going for between 00-03?
