Fuel Pressure Gauge

    Do you need to put a fuel pressure gauge on a 07 CR CP3 or is that just the ones with the VP44

    If you begin to bomb that truck, fuel pressure is very helpful to have. As your fuel demand increases, your factory pump will not be able to keep up. You aren't nearly as likely to damage your CP3 pump as you are a VP44, but the lift pumps are equally wimpy and should be monitored IMO.

    I agree. Better yet, you may just want to go with a rail-mounted lift pump and bypass the stock pump completely. Then you don't have to worry about the stock pump failing on you, and you'll have the volume capabilities on tap should you decide to start playing
