The wire running from OD button on shifter might be worn and producing some short circuit causing your dash gauge fuse to blow every time...Remove steering column covers,remove ignition switch and search for wire..There will likely bear metal wire,just tape it and reinstall switch an steering covers..Hope this will solve the problems..
