Well today I drained out the oil and pulled the side covers off of my transmission. About a year ago I changed everything over to synthetic and this fall I developed a leak from both sides. It doesnt appear there was never any gaskets in there, maybe RTV or something similar. Whatever it was had all but disintegrated and im not sure if the amsoil did that or what. Anyways I got ahold of some loctite gasket maker and sealed everything up nice and put my oil back in there. Just a heads up for everyone to has changed their tranny oil, watch out for leaks. That stuffs expensive.

Well those proved to be a bear to seal up, but it looks like I have stopped the leaks.

Couple beads of black rtv silicone. Seems to be working well. Make sure and go around all the bolt holes.
