Ground clearence-4X4

    How is the ground clearence on the current 2500-3500 4X4?The frame hangs very low to me.Thanks Joe :confused:

    Not much, I haven't mesured but the frame is/or seams to be perrty low. Probly 10-12 inches??
    I have the skid plate option on mine cuz I have no plans to lift it so let it scrape if it needs too hehehhee I don't plan on wheeling anything harder than a fireroad so no worries.
    If I remember too I will take a closer look...rembering is the hard part :doah:

    Depends on what you're looking for, Joe. The lowest point on virtually any truck will be the differential. The GM has more ground clearance in front because of the IFS. Probably the same in the rear as the other brands. In the middle; yep, surely less because of the way the frame is below the cab.
