So i tried to throw one on and on the front they wont fit over the ring on the center of the hub. but i was wondering if i put a 1/4 spacer on if it will be enough to clear that ring?

    Has anyone tryed this?

Don't think I would want to put a spacer on there. I think the ring is there to help support the wheel and not put added stress on the wheel studs.

just tried to put one on the back of my truck and got shut down again.
these wheels wont fit on a 2nd gen without machining the inside of the wheel. Looks like im sticking with my 3rd gen wheels.

    h2 wheels

My understanding is that they have to be machined to fit the 3rd gen also

Go with a set of the polished 3rd gen wheels, they look 10 times better than the Hummer rims anyway.

i have the polished 3rd's the its just the tires i was going for more than anything. The tires on my rig look way too small and the deal on the H2's was so good.

GO with the H2s!!!!!!!! they're far nicer look IMO. The holes need to be enlarged to 4 3/4" just the same as if you were putting them on a 3rd gen. I die grinded mine with lube. or you can use a 4.75" hole saw or have a machinist do it.

Then yo9u get some 3rd Gen cetrer caps cut them down a little and have an AS Stock look.

    I love mine.
