Have a miss when first started

    I seem to have a dead miss when I first start up. Does not do it all the time just once about every third start or so. Only lasts for about 1 minute then levels off. During this time I have raw deisel vapors coming out of the exaust. Also have considerable blow by. Anyone experience this?
