    Alright...

I have a DRW Dana 70 in my '97 E350 that I use for work. Its only 32-spline. I just found out the disc setup they use from 99+ won't work with my hubs or backing plate flange. :doah:

So I looking to build a big'n'meaty rear end for my van. (I'm thinking a Dana 80 and 1.5" shafts) I pack at least 7500# on the rear axle on a daily basis. I run 19.5" SRW wheels so I can go pretty big on the brakes. I need/want a parking brake. The stock axle is claimed to be 73.2" across the wheel mounting surfaces (I can't measure, I'm away from my van for at least a week). IIRC, the leafs are about 50" spacing - on center - and the leafs are 3" wide.

    I need:

    1) ABS/speed sensor
    2) 71.5" - 74" width
    3) 8x6.5" pattern

I can mount my own disc brakes (perhaps 03+ Dodge, pending other suggestions) 4.10, 4.30, 4.56, or 4.63 ratios are necesssary. Good selection of lockers (lockright or detroit - mainly).

So far I can come up with:
97-97 Ford DRW pickup (Sterling) - don't know exact width
95-02 Dodge (don't know axact widths on SRW, DRW pickup, and C&C)

    Any suggestions or criticisms?
