    Metal fab

I build cranes for a livin and weld on the weekends for myself, [ soon to be full time ].I enjoy making new and different parts for trucks, including bumpers, hitches . Also rock sliders, skid plates, axle trusses, and want to build a tough diff cover. Soon I will be building basic tube rock crawling bumpers for a friend. My arm is in a solid cast but, I hope this weekend I will start a double reciever hitch for the front of my truck. I have lots of cool stuff to go up there. I will take pics for show and tell. What do you like to fab?waytogo

Hey sounds like some cool builds...

Here are a few things I have built:

here is my '98 XJ, that I built everything on it, IE: bumper, rock rails, diff guards, steering, suspension, rims, etc...

Here is my Bike I built also, I did: tank, fenders, seat, side covers, struts, exhaust, everthing :)

    Trailer I built

basically I build anything I want.. since I am not a rich and loaded I had to learn how to make everything I want..so I did...I am self taught..

here are more projects I have built:

    Fabs

Hey, I like those pics. I really like that bumper on the cherokee and like all great bumpers , I see you have room to stand and work. that is one of the most important things to me. The bumper that my friend wants is just two 2" tubes front and back. I built a bumper on my GMC that I will try to post pics of. Still learning how and the dial up is real slow. I saw it in a magazine and the sticker price was $925.00. Way to rich for me. Like you I build my own stuff. Its cheaper and more fun, and the personal touches make it stand out. I am trying to attach pics but they may not work or may be small. If you want bigger pics I can email them to you.
