I have heard the term "hot fuel" and I was just wondering what that was. I was looking at the FASS fuel/air seperator and was wondering if it is worth the extra expense to add to my truck. One more question, anybody have any thoughts on upgrading injectors, I am currently running a banks 6gun with the speed loader, 4 inch banks exaust without the catalytic converter, ATS 2 piece exaust manifold, AFE stage 1 filter with torque tube and a banks intercooler. Thanks for the input. Oh yaeh, my truck is 2004.5 Dodge 3500.

Fuel temperature shouldn't be a problem with your truck, I wouldn't worry about it.

Before I would upgrade the injectors I would sell the 6 gun and buy a TST PMCR or Edge Juice. Those two boxes should make better power than bigger injectors stacked on a bad box, like Banks.

You didn't say anything as far as the trans, adding injectors, and even a good box like I mentioned will slowly smoke a stock 48RE auto. Shouldn't be much issues with a 6spd.

6 spd trucks have a hinderance in the clutch dept. Once you get to about 400 hp at the tires you tend to have clutch slippage. With a 48re I would recommend just a TQ converter and Valve Body. Your mileage should be low enought to keep the stock clutches. As for the 6 spd, I would put in a South Bend FE. Both are fairly easy installs for the confident back yard mechanic. As for injectors, HECK YEAH I'd do injectors. But, they are a pain, so go big. I would run 100hp. They should be nice! Big enough to make decent power but not too big to be ugly to drive.
