I am licensed through the state of florida and insured to haul and transport vehicles, livestock, and other goods INSIDE the boundaries of florida........but there is no websites that will even offer us loads without a CDL or DOT#, and im not paying a few thousand for a CDL and all the other BS taxes and stuff that goes along with it when the state of florida declares it legal.......what is the deal??????

Its called federal guidelines. with a trailer over 10,000# or over 26k overall, you are required to have a CDL regardless of where you run... intrastate or interstate.

Goes by GVWR when you go commercial... your tri axle trailer should have a GVWR of 21,000#, correct? And add the GVWR of your truck...??? and you are well over 26k . When I had my hotshot deal going the Dodge was registered for 34,200# in 11 western states.
