found a 96 k30 with 120k on it. has small knock in the motor. real clean truck other than body dents and dings. i have seen a 6.5 in a nother truck with small knock . thay pulled it and tore motor all apart and remaned it. reinstalled and still there. later found bad injector pump. is this comon problem? and if so do you think i just might get lucky and have a simple fix? thanks guys. waytogo
its a diesel...they all knock! rotfl I have no idea really. if its a good enough deal though than it might be worth a little time to tear it apart.
Wow that might be worth it. Even if you put a whole new motor in for like 4k you would still have a good deal. pick up a used towbar and bolt it to the bumper and flat tow it back.
