Alright i have a 06 2500 Dodge w/the 5.9 bought the triple dog downloader couple months ago.....worked great took my truck in last monday to get some work done at the dealership so i unprogramed the truck just in case they ran something for warranty heres the problem: when i download the program into the truck everything is peachy until it gets to the final task where i press Y to select power level but when i press y i the thing starts over and wont let me select the program..........actually when i go to the menu where you choose the power setting it shows a display that says "download required for this option".....BUT I ALREADY DOWNLOADED IT has this happened to anyone or does anyone know how to fix this crap?

ok i fixed it.....after a nasty email they got on it and figured out that i didnt have the latest version of the dowloader....everythings peachy now
