Is this stock stuff?

My recently purchased 2000 SLT 2500 truck has 4" exhaust. Is this stock?
it has normal rear springs, and what looks like overload springs. Is that stock?
It also has gnarly anti-sway bars, front and rear.Is that stock?
It also has what appears to be a block warmer with a 110v plug in front of the radiator. Is that stock?
It also has bilstein shocks, are they stock?

Maybe it was a "Camper special"??

 

those are all stock componets except for the exhaust

 

As far as I have been told only 3500 models have overloads. My 2500 does not have overloads, bilsteins, or 4" exhaust, but does have swaybars front and rear.

The exhaust in not stock, but it's rare I see one that has been left stock.

My 2500 has the overloads and I think I read where that and the rear swaybars were part of the "camper package", but maybe that only means the overloads and all got the sway bars front and back.

All have a block heater.

Not sure what brand the shocks are that came stock

 

Shocks and exhaust aren't stock, everything else should be.
