I havn't seen any discussion on this topic on here, but it's really common on TDR and RV.net.

    Here's the TSB for '04

Both my dad's 04.5 and my 05 experience it. Mine has done it since I got it with 42 miles on the clock. It does it at any throttle, towing or empty, between 7 and 9mph, only on acceleration. I havn't loaded it heavily (I.E. with a camper) yet to see if being loaded affects it, but my dad says he's read that being loaded makes it go away, and having it adjusted causes it go away when empty, but come back when loaded.

From some google searching I've found that some people were experiencing them in some of the 2-peice driveshaft equipped 90s dodges and even late 80's, as well as some newer duramaxes & PSD's..

Anyone else experience this on their Dodges (or other rigs)?

My '95 does the same. Goes away when loaded or towing.

It is a vibration at the carrier bearing. Mine never did it till I lifted the truck 2". Now it does. All I need to do to fix it is shim the bearing down so the driveshaft is striaght. If you experience it loaded, and not unloaded, then you need to remove a little shim if there is one. Otherwise, sounds like your truck is sagging a lot from the load and throwing the alignment of the 2 drive shaft pieces off. If you have it unloaded, but not loaded, then you need to shim it down a little at a time till it gets better or goes away.
