I pull a Thor Transport 5th wheel that sits way to close to the bed of my truck. I don't want to flip the axles of the trailer, yet. My 03 chevy sits six inches higher than my 98 chevy. I want to level the stink bug affect. I picked up a 2 inch lower shackle and a set of airbags to pick up the slack. Are there any other suspension ideas, help or issues? I have heard that leveling the dmax silverado can bring the trans dangerously close harm. Any information would be helpful.

That's a new one...If you really want to push a stock Alli to it's limits just load any tune rated at over a 80 rwhp;) :D BTDT.
Just crank the t-bars and have the alignment checked. If it feels like it's riding rougher you may need to extend the front shock mounts also.
Once you get the truck level by lowering the back and raising the front you may feel a shutter a low speed. This may or may not happen in your case, mine does it when I unload the truck and don't lower the bags... Its caused by the drive-line being to far of angel (does that make sense?)
