    Hi...
New to diesels I just picked up an 07 Ram with the 5.9 diesel With the 6 speed manual and I have some?????

    1. what are these motors rated at from the facory? I have seen 325/615 but I have the strippo work truck model, so I am not sure if there is a difference

2.What type of mileage can I really expect? I kow it varies with driving style

    3. What can I do to it w/o voiding my warranty?

Thanks in advance and I look forward to learning more about my new truck!

    Oh one more question
Does my truck require the ultra low sulfer diesel fuel, or is that only the 6.7's?
Just curious cause I might take it to Mexico?

    1. Your motor is 325/610.
    2. Your mileage will change for you as your driving style changes. I have seen up to 21 mpg with a CAI and exhaust.
    3. Not much but, there are products out there like a CAI, boost fooler and some programers that can be removed easily without tipping the dealer off.

Good luck with your new truck and report back when you can.

There is also a sticker on the valve cover with the rated HP and Torque and the CPL number.
