The house is up in the mountains here, in Lake Arrowhead. Asking price on the house is $245,000. We offered 238, but we feel the house is worth their asking price, so if they don't budge, thats ok for us, because we feel its worth it. We're paying cash, so we figure we have some sort of advantage (we're actually borrowing the money from my fiancee's parents, then paying them back, since we don't really have enough credit to obtain a home loan.). If we have to pay full price, we will, so either way, a cash offer is a good thing, and the house is just about 100% a sure thing. Scott

Ive lived up here since I was 4 (Im 25 now) and I love it up here.. sure its 45 minutes to drive to work, but its worth it.. and I love having some geat scenic wheeling in my back yard! Scott
