I noticed if I turn my edge juice to stage 0 stock and have the max boost at 38lbs it has to backdown 24% in the stock setting. If I turn it to stage one mileage it backdown 44%. I want my truck to last so I dont want to push it but it looks like even stock it would make more boost. The box appears to be backing down from the stock. Is this because of the boost fooling in the box, or from the new exhaust and intake just making it easier to spool. Thanks for your help.

There are several other things besides just boost pressure that could cause "backdown":

What are the egt's looking like?... You might be exceeding whatever threshold you have it set at, causing it to backdown.

Transmission slippage can also cause backdown; the chip detects this through comparing rpm with your speed and what gear you are in so if you have changed the tire size without adjusting the monitor it may be thinking the transmission is slipping.

Also, if it is backing down in stock mode (level 0) you probably have the safeguards set too conservatively. For example, make sure the max boost isn't set at 25 lbs and make sure the max egt isn't at like 900*.

You may have already checked all of this... I just wanted to make sure you knew.

I am pretty sure it is the Boost. The alarm goes off and the attitude monitor is flashing the boost only. The egts are set at 1300 and not getting close and the boost is set at 38 and running 41 when this happens. I am looking at tires but havent changed yet. Thanks for the help. I dont want to tear up anything but I dont want to limit what the truck can do either.

I don't know too much about the 07 motors. My best guess would be that if your truck is boosting to 41 lbs stock then you have nothing to worry about... bump up that limiter!

You could also call Edge to see what they think you should set the max boost at; they have probably tested the truck enough to know how much boost the stock head gasket will handle.
