Truly upset at myself. The opportunity arose that I could make a quick $1400 in two days and my truck just isn't good enough to handle that long of a haul.

Time to go truck shopping. Any tips for buying new GM trucks?

Oh yeah definatly get an 06' Its got the new 6-speed allison auto and the new LBZ D-Max with 360hp and 650ft-lbs out of the box burnout. Also has new towing mirrors similar to Fords.

    hehehe...

    '84 K10 Suburban, and an '84 1-ton DRW Chevy...

My last recent model truck was a '97 3/4 ton long bed... havn't had dealings with new trucks since that one.
