I am sure that it has been done but lets hear and see some of your modifications that you have done to your tow rig. I'll start.
Vehicle: 2006 Dodge Quad Cab, long bed, 4X4, Dually.
Exhaust: MBRP Cool Duals, with the kitty removed and the tips extended
    12 inches.
    Intake: AFE Stage II.
Computer tuning: Smarty Jr. that I won from THIS forum!
    Tuner Box: Quadzilla boost fooler.
Suspension: Superlift two inch suspension lift.
    Tires: 315/70/17's seven of them (count them s e v e n) with a two inch
spacer between the rear duals to make them fit.
Other engine mods: ATS Diesel Arc Flow air intake manifold. I was able to source this from Gbuddenhagen here on THIS forum.
Other: I modified a headache rack so that I could use a winch on it mounted on a cradle from Warn.
Future mods: I would like to replace the stock turbo with a set from ATS Diesel. I like the Aurora 3000 and 5000 set up. Clutch South Bend OFE or something like it. I can already slip the clutch with just the current mods.

Below are a couple of pictures.

How do you like the South Bend clutch? Is it okay for daily driving? I am really digging your ride.

I used to roll on 22.5 alcoas. It rode a bit to rough for my taste and consumed a good amount of fuel

I remember when you were trying to sell the alcoas. I watched what you did on your ride and did the same thing. I was thinking about purchasing 19.5's and using them until, I read about your ride and how you were going to be switching back. My rig is not loaded very often and I did not want my fillings to fall out of my teeth. Beautiful truck.

    Thanks man! waytogo

I got the OFE clutch (450 hp rated). It is a bit more 'grabby' than stock obviously but it is easily tolerable for daily driving. I would just stay away from the FE (550 hp rated) if you are planning on doing a lot of towing... because it could be difficult to maneuver a trailer at low speeds with that aggressive of a clutch.

My mods are in my signature, if anyone is interested enough to know what they are.

I plan to throw in a set of injectors in the next couple weeks, to get me around the four&aquarter mark.

Bought a set of Weld Outbacks and had them polished, might get around to buying some tires for them and replacing my Scorpios...well see.
