I think having a Super Duty Specific Forum would be great then grouping the older Ford Trucks in one as well. With a 6.0 and 7.3 in the Diesel and a 6.8,5.7,7.5 or 5.4 under the gas engines.

I believe the 7.3L ran from 99-03 and the 6.0L has run from 04-06. I can't remember if the 6.0L was an option in late 03 or if it was an early 04.

Soo 2003.5, did they offer both the 7.3 and 6.0 at the same time?

I think so. When I bought mine in May 03, the 2003 brochure showed both engines. Additionally, the
AMSOIL Online Product Application Guide which is pretty comprehensive shows both the 7.3 and 6.0 motors for 2003 F250/F350s.

Yes, just like back in '94 when you could get 3 different 7.3's.

6.9 ran 83-87. N/A IDI 7.3 ran from 88-94, and a factory turbo version was available 93-94. First generation 7.3 Powerstroke ran mid '94 till '97, then you got the 99-03 variant.

Technically there was no '98 model year. The superduty was released mid 98 as a 99, and the old body style trucks just stuck arround just long enough for the superdutys to be released, but as a '97 model year. Figures that the one time ford doesnt overlap a new release with the old model and they goof and end up with no '98 heavy duty trucks. The only 3/4 ton pickup available as a '98 model year was the light duty F-250, the one that looked just like the F-150.

Cool thanks, think I have the years dialed in now for the Ford and Dodge forums, now I just need to break out the GM forums.
