new form section to add.

    horseheads, ny,i live in the rust belt.
    why dont we have a tech section to list good links or info to fix comon problems with are rides. i found a vary good one today and wanted to share it with all.

    If it's a good one, we can make the post sticky in the proper brand forum, then when we get enough of them we can create a new forum or something for them.
