Attention baddog (russ) - miniwally (branden) and mr. ck5 himself (steve)....the tax lady said to buy a new truck so i found a looker on the lot at white mountain motors in casper wyoming. Its an 06 2500 HD-Silver Birch-LT3-with an H4 upfit package from an outfit in colorado springs called vanworks dot com. I added the dvd in headrest's...spray in liner with an ARE bed cover to lock up my gear... So far rather pleased with her. Pulled out of casper around 8am yesterday and hit calgary (900 miles and the reason i'm actually missing a blazer bash) around 11pm. Ya...a new truck and no pics post is useless...but i just spent $53K on a truck...plus the 900 mile thing....i'll upload some pics as time presents itself...have to be in the shop at 8am...and the gps store around noon forn my ram mount and all the goodies to use my laptop to navigate all over north america.... Ok...the avatar is a shot of her the day i got the keys... DW
Almost...no sun roof though. I just installed a Ram mount for my laptop so i could run my new Garmin Usb18 with the city navigator v8 for north america. tested it out on this job....works like a champ...no more wondering where the next fuel stop is or how to get somewhere.... Just added photo's in my member gallery..... DW
