Pac Brake For 2004.5-05 Automatics?

I saw a Pac Brake ad on the internet that said that their exhaust brake worked on both manual and automatic transmissions.

I thought that Jacobs weren't ok'd for 2004.5-05 automatics yet. How is it that Pac Brake is saying that their exhaust brake is available for the above years automatics?

Is the Pac Brake installed at a Dodge dealership, or is it something that the owner can do? Does it affect the Dodge Warranty if installed?
