i put this information here so the moderaters can post this info where they choose too . i had to replace the idler pulley and the belt tensioner on my 6.0 . so i bought the parts i needed from powerstrokeshop.com . however so you all will know the bearings in the pulleys are replaceable , no need to buy the whole thing unless you need the tensioner part .
grooved idler pulley - NSK bearing part # B17-102DG48
both pulleys on tensioner and small smooth idler pulley -
    NTN bearing part # 6203LAX30

just wanted to get this posted as soon as possible , i will post up some cross referenced part #'s for other brands

I usually pull the seals off and repack them with bearing grease and put the seals back. Only had to replace one becuase it was so old and fatigued (300K+ miles).
