rod through block wat do i do

hey yal a friend of myn has a 99 ford 7 3 powerstrock he through tha rod through the block ther is a 3 inch hole some ware on tha passanger side of the block i dont now exactly ware yet i havent looked at it. can somethin like that be fixed or is he going to need a new block. and also ware could i get performence pistons and rods for tha truck i cant find them eny ware

all sugestions and info is gratly apretiated

Ford still has 7.3's left over that you could pick up for 5k-6k. They probly have PMR's though. If your buddy wanted to hot rod it then get some billet rods and put them in before the install.
