Just Got An 02 Powerstroke With 100k When Taking Off From A Stop The Truck Shakes Just A Bit, Feels Like Its Comming From The Rear End Not The Trans. This Only Happens From 0 To Maybe 10 Or 15 Mph. Going Down The Road No Vibration At All. All U Joints Seem To Be Good. Just Feels Like The Rear End Is Sliping A Bit..worse When I Turn...

if you have a carrier bearing, start there, then check the u-joint play. Thats the easiest & cheapest way to start.

Hmm I would say possible drive shaft weight issue check and see if the weight for balancing it is there.

Something else you may want to try. I don't know the Fords all that well but, if you can you may want to remove the rear drive shaft and drive the truck in four wheel drive for a short while. Around the block should be enough. If the shaking is still there then you have narrowed it down to something in the rear end or rear driveline for sure. If the shaking persists then I would start looking else where. This is a no cost troubleshoot that could end up saving you money. Just my .02.
