I have a 96 F350, when I haul a load "2 horses in a 4 horse gooseneck" alot of heat comes from under the dash. I have a 3 inch turbo pipe with 4 inch pipe all the way back. Also I run an Edge evolution on stage 2, The egts run about 1000. Recently I noticed smoke comming from under the pass side dash.Stopped and looked under the hood, but could not find anything. Any suggestions? Could it be, where I cut away on the fire wall to install the tubo pipe, that it's getting too hot there? Getting ready to make another long trip and hopefully can figure this out before.
    Thanks

I guess I would check to see if your turbo downpipe is touching the firewall anywhere, causing it to burn.

Just to clarify, the smoke is coming out from under the dash itself, not out of the vents?

Yes the smoke is comming from under the dash. The down pipe is touching the fire wall, I guess I could try and cut a little more out.
