I am a new member here, and i am thinking of getting a 6.9 dually 4x4. I want this to tow my k10, and bobcat. Would this be able to pull it easily? also, what type of power do these have, and what can i do to get more power? also i want to spend between 3500-4000, can i get one for this price? i also want a 4speed.
As for power a former security guard at college had one we worked on and its had great power also ATS maeks kits for them for even more power and as far as four speed do you mean auto tranny or manual.The manual four speeds are very rare if even offered in that era if ti was me I would go for a C6 or an AOD also ATS can take care of that.Banks has some kits for them as well from what I have read.On the price good luck I have only heard of one that cheap and it needed work keep an eye on the wire harness on the passenger side inner fender they can catch fire,I know I saw it myself luckily all the oil didnt catch.Get a F350 for what you want to pull and it should be able to do it
