I put one on my 06 about 3 months ago. It gave my truck almost a 1 mpg gain. Seems like it helped the turbo spool up a little faster too.

I put one on about 10 months ago and it seems to help the turbo spool up a little quicker, and did lower EGT about 50 degrees when towing.waytogo Didn't do anything for fuel mileage for me. Probably worth the $160.00+

I put one on about 2 months ago, along witha S&B filter. No mileage gain, but it did the other stuff.
