I just got a f-250 diesel 4x4.im a full timer Rv retiree. My old chevy pulled a tag a long for 477 k miles.I rebuilt her but I needed a truck with this centuries commodities. The real Q is bumper height. This 4x4 is twice as height and Im getting a new 5th wheel.Any of you all got these circumstances? Hows that working for ya? This older trailer isn't much taller than the truck.

I'm currently pulling a bumper pull TT (aerolite) with mine. Had to get a custom built drop hitch for it in order to tow my TT. Were planning to upgrade to a 5ver this spring and being I have the camper and Towing package, it looks like its lifted. So getting a 5ver that I can fip the axles on it is on the must have list. Most 5vers sit high enough that bed clearence is not a problem.

I agree on the truck height & 5 er. I wonder is adjustment necessary with the 5 th wheel hitch.Seems to me there are so many different ones to choose from.I got a short bed.So they say certain ones work better.Don't want a dimple in the cab, other than the wife,LOL.
Thanks , see ya all later.going to the mountains ..........
