Goin to swap my trans fluid over to amsoil here in a few days along with oil.

Had a couple people tell me that i might not have the right kind of auto trans fluid for my E4OD trans

I got the Torque drive synthetic trans fluid from amsoil.
Anyone know for absolute that this stuff is the right fluid for me trans ? Would really hate to burn it up for not asking first to double check

    http://www.amsoil.com/storefront/atd.aspx

    here is the fluid

You should be using the Universal ATF. The Torque drive is designed to be used in Allison transmissions for extended drains. If you got a buddy with a Dmax, I bet you can off load that oil fairly easily and get the correct stuff.

HERE is what you should be using.
