trans slipping ??(band adjustment)??

    I have a 04 4x4 ctd, with a trans that slips when it shifts into 2nd.:mad: I have been told I could adjust the bands, but I have no clue what I am doing:rolleyes: Does anyone have a link to some instructions on how to do this adjustment:confused:
