trany troubles

    have just bought 03 3500 4x4 5.9 ho diesel with 209k did band adjust filter and oil still having problems with eratic shifting once it gets up to operating temp any info eprciated am told valve body needs work possible broken spring

    Any codes?

    You can drop the VB out and do a Trans Go shift kit. It will replace many of the springs and will also make for some much better shifting.

    Its sounds like you could be having troubles with the valve body, are you running a performance chip or tuner; or is it just stock?

    We offer a complete valve body upgrade, it will improve the shifting characteristics and increase the clutch apply pressure to your forward gears.
