    Hi guys,

I'm a TowRig n0oB from CK5.com and have enjoyed lurking this site a bit for info on my "new to me" tow rig. Just picked up a 96' PSD w/ 196K, runs great but needs front end work. Steering is heavy and will not return to center so you are constantly working the wheel. Raised the front end and every joint and bushing is toasty. Looks like I need ball joints and hub unit bearings (new hub w/ integral bearing?) according to some of the posts I have read.

My instinct is to go right through the whole front end so I know everything is up to snuff but I would like to know how involved it would be to swap in a solid front HP D60 from an F-350? I would rather put the $$$ I would spend on the TTB refurb into the D60 if it's do-able.:D

    Thanks......and this site rockswaytogo

D60 bolts right in. Hang it on your springs and your good to go. Only thing thats different is the steering linkage but if you get that with the donner axle you should have no problems.
