    Hey all,
Okay, so here is the first product announcement for this site. We just finished up with the prototyping on this one, it's a H.D. front replacement Winch Bumper for the 2nd Gen Dodge 2500/3500 trucks (1994-2001). Take a look:

So we are going to sell this bad boy as you see it here (no winch of course, or D-Shackles themselves) fully welded but with the welds unground, and no paint. That will enable us to keep the price very reasonable to everyone. The shell is made from 1/4" and 3/16" steel plate, and the mounting bracketry (including winch mount) is made from massive 3/8" thick plate. It is totally up to you if you want to add some tubework to it, or cut out for some fog lights, or just leave it as is and paint it!
We designed this bumper around the Warn & Ramsey 9,500lb integrated winches, and attach it to the frame with (10) 1/2" grade 8 bolts.
Due to the size and weight of this thing (about 225lbs) it will have to ship truck freight, so figure anywhere from $100 to $200 for shipping costs.
We've listed this on our website for $850, but as an introduction to all of you on the forums, we'll let it go for $750. PM me to order.
Also, please give us some feedback on this concept!!

    Thanks!!!!

Not as of yet, but that may change if there is a large calling for them :)

Not yet, but I am certainly willing to design one... Problem is getting a truck here to design off of. I've got a Superduty coming by in the next couple weeks, but I'm still looking for a Chevy :) (I have a Winch Cradle for the older K-series trucks, but nothing for the newer Chevys).

Where are y'all located at? If you are close enough you can use my truck for the 3rd gen bumpers.

I'd love to, but I'm up in Broomfield, CO (just North of Denver). I would need the truck for a couple days, so I doubt that will work out. I'll keep searching though :)
