No one uses there trucks down here for work except me but for the fords that love to race there's DJ's Performance. He does all ford and has some great custom tunes for 7.3 and 6.0. I'll get you his website later on.

    For what brand and motor?

For a VP44 Dodge, Edge Hot Juice, TST PM3, Redline box, Smarty.

Common rail, TST seems to be the ticket.

Never even hardly heard of them. No one really uses TS brand products in the Dodges. I have seen a few in Fords.

Since your sig says 1999 Powerstroke I will assume we are talking about that truck. About 5 years ago TS Performance was the chip to have. TS holds the patent on the most common type of chip so everybody using that style is buying the blank chips from them. Don't get fooled into buying a supposed factory overrun chip cuz there aren't any over runs, period. I have seen these on e-bay, they are fraudulent. There are only a few true custom programmers out there TS Performance (Bowling Green, KY), (DI) Diesel Innovations, Houston, TX, and *DP Tuner out of(Asheville, NC), are the original three in the diesel market, and are the three biggest in chip programming. Most all others out there are buying programs from one of them and tweaking the programs, calling that their own custom program. Since the release of the 6.0L TS has not done any new R&D on 7.3 programs, and Dennis has said he does not plan on doing any. So TS programs are several years old compared to DI or DP programs. DI and DP Tuner still do R&D on 7.3 programming, so they have surpassed TS in the 7.3 chip programming market. DP has just come out with a new 16 position chip, and will do live tuning on your specific truck. I am not sure DI will do live tuning, and they offer up to a 6 position chip. I have both a TS and a DP Tuner chip and I am always running the DP chip for the street. The programs are more refined, trans shifting, egt's, etc. are much better. DI tends to be the more agressive of the two chips. So for pullin I would use DI.
    * Side note- Jody Tipton the owner of DP tuner was actually not one of the original three programmers but a fella named Bill who Jody bought the business from was, Bill is now a programmer for Edge products the last I heard. Jody has become quite a respected true custom programmer on his own since buying the business.
Sorry for the long post, just a lot of history to tell.
