I hooked to my 20ft car hauler the other day, and checked the lights. All of them were working except the left turn/brake. So, I changed the bulb, nothing. I changed the whole light, nothing. Re-wired trailer, nothing. Changed the plug, nothing. By now, I was totally lost and P'ed Off. Today, I plugged in to both of my other trailers, and found the same problem. Apparently, something is wrong on the truck end, but what? All the fuses are good. Has anyone heard of this, or had this problem? What's the fix? BTW, all the truck lights are working properly, as well as the rest of the trailer lights. Any help is appreciated.
I had the same problem exactley. There is a seperate fuse in the fuse panel just for the trailer lamp . Right and left are seperated . Look on drivers side close to the master cyl.
If the fuses are not the problem check with the dealer. I heard that there was a flash or something for this problem.I know of a few people that had the same thing happen and thats how they had it fixed.
