I got a 7.3 Power Stroke up to 110mph once it had more room to go but the trucks suspention was shot so I didnt try any harder.

The duramax is the fastest, hands down.

hmmm, i dont know about that...the t444e PSD 7.3 and the cummins are neck and neck in that dept. (although you cant get a 7.3 anymore, so I guess it doesnt count anymore)

Yep, I totally agree with you there.

Correct, well said and to the point.

I'm a big CTD fan but I can't deny the stock power level of the LBZ Dmax.....those trucks are blinkin' fast for a stock diesel.....it really isn't much of a contest.....the 6.OHNO and 06 CTD are well off the pace the LBZ has set.

THe new LBZ, I've ridden in two of them. It's all a matter of programming...and the LBZ is the biggest right now.

There's a difference in "fastest" and "quickest".
Yep, a DuraMax w/Allison is probably quickest; they will, however, shut down at 96 or 98 mph.
My little six cylinder will hit 116 mph w/LT33X12.50R17's, 6-shooter, and 3.73 axle.
Here's a couple of pics proving my point. :D

In other words the red chevy hit its top speed and the dodge(in front) kept going. So that means the dodge is faster but not quicker. The chevy may have gotten to its top speed quicker but dodge kept on walkin:pimp:

No offence guys... but who cares about top end mph? I mean, maybe if you were dragging at a track but 100mph is enough to get you arrested on any road in this country, from what I know.

0- to about 60-70mph, if not less is where it counts.waytogo
