OK, i have another thread talking about CB radios, and Seventy4Blazer said that his handle was "lil big rig".

That got me to thinking....what is everybodys handle or codename or whatever and how did you come up with it?

When I'm using my CB I'll use what my username is here. I chose it many, many moons ago as a young pup in the Marine Corps. I was a CH46 helicopter mechanic and I've had that handle on my Ram 3500 license plate ever since.

Semper Fi, cornmarine. I'm a corn husker too; born in Omaha, but raised in So. CA since I was six.

Were you huey's or cobra's? As it turns out, now I work on a Bell helicopter. Are you current or former?

I retired as the Maint. Chief in Apr 04. Thankfully, never had to go be a recruiter. Thankfully, never had to leave my MOS.

B.T.W., thanks to both of you for doing what you do.

I remember hearing the name around the 46 circles, but can't say I know him well enough to put a face to him.

BTW carguy, what is your handle? As you can see, I haven't seen your thread about CBs, so forgive me if you've given already in that thread.
