Will I need to use spacers in the back to clear 285/70/17. I ordred 6 new tires since I killed the stocker at 16000 miles.

I was told u dont need them for the dodge drw if running 285/70/17 so its possible for the ford. I would just talk to the local tire shops in your area that do lots of trucks, you might get three or four answers....By the way what kind of tires were on your truck from the factory to wear so quick?

Depends if you are hauling any weight. I put some on my 06 because i haul an 18k toyhauler. If you do, gotta add mud flaps, big rig, wide enough, otherwise they stick way out and eventually road debris will destroy the paint

I changed my mind and am buying 22.5' alcoa wheels w/ adapters. The factory stocks were bfg rugged trails.
